Dulles, VA - Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) is pleased to announce that Randy L. Boice, P.E. has joined our Dulles, Virginia office as Senior Associate. Mr. Boice has over 15 years of experience in Traffic Engineering and ITS. Randy brings to JMT expertise in traffic engineering, highway and traffic signal system design, traffic management system analysis and design, and the design of communications systems between central operations centers and field equipment. Prior to joining JMT, he worked as a Section Manager at HNTB Corporation, where he was responsible for the design of signing, traffic signal, lighting and traffic management systems on Virginia projects such as the “Smart Highway” in Blacksburg, the Springfield Interchange, and the US Route 1 interchange as part of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Replacement Project. Randy also has provided ITS and Traffic Engineering design in Maryland, West Virginia, Texas, Florida, Minnesota, New York, and Washington, DC. Mr. Boice is a graduate of Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Virginia, Maryland and New York. Randy is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. |
