The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) needed to establish the property line between its Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge and a farmer’s land in Kent County, Delaware. JMT provided full survey and mapping services to help conclude a land swap between the agency and the farmer.
Our responsibilities for this project included:
Providing boundary surveys.
Establishing new horizontal and vertical control on site.
Monumenting all new property corners.
Preparing a subdivision map and plat.
Preparing standard USFWS survey reports.
