JMT provided preliminary and final design services including plans, specifications, and estimates for the construction of the 4,800 square foot Crane Maintenance Building located on Seagirt Marine Terminal at the Port of Baltimore.  Construction was performed in an environmentally sensitive waterfront location in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area and required the preparation of comprehensive stormwater management and erosion & sediment control plans. Services provided included:

• Recommendations for construction of the shed which included: site engineering; electrical design for the building and a ductbank; design of water and sewer rough-ins; heating consisting of electric unit heaters; and ventilation.
• Utility design services included potable water services, sanitary sewer,electric power and telephone service
• NPDES and environmental permits
• Site design included site grading, storm drainage, building area drainage, SWM and E/S plans. 
• Design was performed in accordance with BOCA Building Code.
