JMT was responsible for all surveying services during the construction of a new major league baseball stadium in downtown Baltimore.  JMT established horizontal and vertical control throughout the site and set up reference lines to re-establish control points destroyed by construction.  Tasks included:

• Use of Global Positioning Surveys (GPS) to establish reference points
• Construction stakeout and verification of stadium geometric control
• Topographic surveys to compute earthwork volume quantities to aid the contractor in determining earthwork volumes. 
• Utility Surveys
• Baseline Stakeouts
• As-Built Surveys
