JMT is providing preliminary and final engineering/architectural design services associated with the Maryland Transportation Authority’s (MdTA) construction of a new Indoor Police Training Center. The building will be approximately 38,000 square feet in size and will consist of two wings, one for classrooms and offices, and the other to serve as a firing range. Additional foundations and hook-ups will facilitate a potential addition to be determined at a future date. There will be a parking area for 60 spaces initially plus 40 future spaces in addition to proper circulation around the perimeter of building for deliveries and emergency vehicles on an approximately 4.78 acre site.
