JMT can support municipal, county, and state planning staffs in numerous ways.  We have experience developing comprehensive plans and various master plan elements including land use, transportation, economic development, utilities, historic preservation, housing, organization and agency structures, and community services. 

JMT staff have prepared site feasibility studies for commercial development, mixed commercial and residential development; public and private recreation facilities; industrial development; government complexes; and transit stations and facilities.  We have helped communities with the development of neighborhood revitalization plans, recreation, park and open space plans, key opportunity site design/development plans, and greenways/bicycle plans. 

JMT has experience at preparing strategic implementation plans with cost estimates and potential funding sources for a variety of master plan projects.  Using our GIS capabilities, we prepare site plan base maps, create inventories of land usage and facilities, analyze socio-economic data, conduct assessments, measure impacts, perform alternative analysis and prepare a variety of maps.
